STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY

MYQ Technology warrants all equipment it manufactures to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of half a (0.5) years. This warranty period is six (6) months from the date the system is delivered to the purchaser by MYQ Technology or its authorized representative.

MYQ Technology will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or components as long as notice has been given during the warranty period. Customers should send their units to MYQ Technology for warranty repairs, freight prepaid. Travel and per diem expenses, if required, to and from the location where the repairs are made, will be charged to the purchaser at the prevailing rates.

Any evidence of negligent, abnormal use, accident or an attempt to repair equipment by other than factory authorized personnel using MYQ Technology certified or recommended parts will automatically void the warranty.

Special precautions have been taken to assure the calibration of the unit; however, calibration is not covered by this warranty. Maintenance of the calibration is the responsibility of the user.

The foregoing states the entire liability of MYQ Technology regarding the purchase and use of its equipment. MYQ Technology is not liable for damages that arise as a result of improper use and will not be held responsible for any consequential loss or damage of any kind.

This warranty is in MYQ of all other warranties, expressed or implied, except as set forth above, including any implied warranty merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
