A: We can provide samples if you have a Fedex or DHL account or other courier freight collect able account and agree to pay the courier freight. or you send us the

samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

 

Q: How much is the courier freight of the samples?

A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area. So you have to tell me models you want to order from us and quantity,

then we will calculate the shipping cost for you in the most reasonable way.

 

Q: How can I get your price list?

Q: Can you have your logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

A: Yes, you can. We can print your Logo and company name etc in your products according to your artwork design, and the MOQ depend on exact model, some eary to get models require less MOQ, you can discuss it with us. You can send us the art work by email in JPG, TIF, AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw formats.

 

Q: What’s your usual payment term for orders?

A: We accept terms of T/T in advance or Paypal. 30% deposit and balance before delievery.

 

Q: I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, is it ok? What would be the MOQ?

A: Usually there is no MOQ, you can order in any quantity, but bulk purchase will get more competitive price

A: Samples can be shipped within 24 hours.But as to our policy, you should pay our sample fees and freight. When you make an order, we will pay back these fees.
